Job Description

    Job Title : Project Management Manager Reporting To : Engineering Program Manager (PMO Leader) Location : Noida No of Positions : 01 Direct Reports: None Position Requirements: Technical Project Manager with an engineering degree from tier-1 or 2 institute and 5+ years experience in direct project management roles. Essential functions: - Familiarity with stage gate processes in New Product Development in Manufacturing Industry- Conversant with managing cross-functional teams with technical members across different geographies.- Able to lead multiple technical projects with organizational excellence and urgency- Evaluation of scope requirements- Project/resource planning- Project reporting (written and verbal)- Proactive Risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, and escalation (as required)- Ability to identify and implement change control processes- Ability to define and handle multiple management plans- Project monitoring and controlling capability- Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and motivate a team and the related project documentation- Ability to contribute towards continuous improvement processes- High level understanding of quality assurance processes- Lead/mentor/and drive a project with a sense of urgency- Excellent speaking/conversational skills; able to present to leadership- Excellent written communication skills (general business and technical)- Proven background in managing projects across a spectrum of global cross-functional stakeholders- Strong work ethic, proactive and assertive, able to - get things done- with minimal supervision. Software Skills: - Project Management tool/s (MS Project, SmartSheet, Basecamp, Clarizen,- etc)- MS Office tools- SolidWorks, AutoCAD - ePDM - PLM Environments- Trello, Jira Added Advantage: - Work history and/or experience includes consumer product design, development, and manufacturing- Experience in agile software development and cloud-based iOS & Android applications- Exposure to database platforms, CAD tools- PMP Certification- Having previously worked in any PMO- Strong Problem solving skills Qualifications: - BTech / M Tech or equivalent / MBA with engineering background preferred.- Strong written and verbal communication skills Position title will be given based on the experience and work capability/exposure of the selected candidate.
