Job Description

If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Performance Tester to join our team in Noida/ Bangalore, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Main purpose of the role:
    • Take ownership and help drive of the non-functional testing function.
    • Confident in designing, execution and analysing tests.
    • Team player who cares about the quality of the product and be able to communicate well with stakeholders to track NFT defects from discovery to implementation.
    • Team member who will input into improvement opportunities for non-functional testing.
    Key accountabilities and duties:
    • Demonstrates a confident understanding of the customer needs and ensures these are considered early in test planning.
    • Works closely with customer stakeholders to clarify the non-functional requirements and sign off criteria
    • Calm and clear in delivery in written and verbal communications.
    • Create metrics, reports and data to support the business outcomes.
    • Work with internal stakeholders in the capacity planning team to ensure that the requirements for future implementations and scaling are planned and met.
    • Work with the guidelines set for defect management and release management.
    • Identifies improvements to testing and release processes
    • Will assist in the estimation process for NonFunctional Testing
    • Capture and document risks and issues where necessary, escalate and manage these through to resolution.
    • Can perform non-functional testing against back-end systems within an agile development environment.
    • Builds and designs real world test scenarios.
    • Be part of the migration to CI/CD, integrating non-functional tests into the continuous delivery pipeline.
    • Experienced in load, soak, resilience and failover testing.
    Knowledge, skills and experience
    • Experience of working in an agile development environment
    • Familiar with working in the payments and banking domain.
    • Software experience in Jmeter, Unix and messaging systems
    • Technically experienced using GIT, Cloud, CI/CD
    • Good working knowledge of Unix with the ability to create shell scripts
    • Experience of using Windows, UNIX, Linux, Web and Database performance monitors
    • Worked successfully with distributed teams
    • Experience of Iliad, Gatling or other industry leading tools
    • Experience of creating SQL
    • Experience of working with Java
