- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a P&C Business Analyst - Experience with Guidewire Policy Center (preferred) or any other Policy Administration system is required - Experience with Commercial Specialty insurance line of Business is required. - Experience with London Market Insurance/Lloyds of London Slip business.- Strong ability to balance competing needs and priorities, and to stay focused on the priorities of the overall business - Excellent verbal and written skills, people skills, presentation skills, and facilitation skills- Ability to analyze and understand requirement specifications for functionality, performance workflow and programming needs - Candidate should be willing to support in 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM shift timings.Responsibilities include:-Coordinate the testing and implementation of Line of Business implementation & product releases -Coordinate the testing and implementation of forms & third party product integration changes -Work with Business teams (Operations, Underwriters, Compliance teams) to understand business needs and determine system requirements and specifications -Communicate business requirements to the technical development staff to design system solutions -Perform and document system User Acceptance Testing -Coordinate the analysis and resolution of all reported production issues -Provide support for application functionality, rating, coverages, forms -Coordinate analysis and tracking of Change Requests, defects and system enhancement Projects ,
