Come, be a part of our exciting journey Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Business Analyst (Service Now) The incumbent will be responsible for part of the full project lifecycle with a primary focus on business value and benefit realization. Responsibilities Liaise with BA / TA for requirements related questions Develop solution as per requirements Perform Unit testing, fix defects identified in Unit testing UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc. Write various Server-side scripts using Script Includes. Use ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now Understand and debug system logs Ensure smooth API ServiceNow Integration with external tools Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications B.E / MCA / Relevant degree and ITIL framework exposure Prior working experience with ServiceNow ITIL V3 Foundation Certified ServiceNow Admin / Dev Certified Experience in Production support tasks Experience in ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades.
