Job Description

    Job title: Product Manager- CRM (Salesforce)Experience- Overall 4-7 years with minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce (CRM) ManagementResponsibilities-
    • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce CRM system
    • Prepare BRDs for any developments required in Salesforce basis feedback from frontline sales team & coordinate with the product/tech/support team for associated implementation
    • Proactively recommend new features and improvements in Salesforce to optimize the sales processes and ensure Salesforce and new features adoption
    • Lead Salesforce administration & manage profile-wise access, sharing rules, defining workflows & groups
    • Build sales dashboards, performance metric reports & visual models and ensure their timely & error-free delivery to guide strategic decisions and drive performance
    • Provide consulting and coaching to the frontline sales team on funnel management & day-to-day working using Salesforce
    • Liaison with the sales team & leaders to understand their usage of Salesforce and challenges being faced in tracking the sales users productivity
    • Day to day administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platform
    Profile/Qualifications/Experience-
    • Engineering & MBA (preferred)
    • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM management including development/ configuration to drive sales process excellence in a reputed B2C/B2B organization
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities with experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
    • Experience in driving sales process efficiency & sales funnel management using Salesforce as CRM
    • Proficiency in creating visually appealing Sales force dashboards, generating relevant reports & maintaining Salesforce databases
    • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles and managing access
    • Ability to plan/conduct/provide Salesforce training to the sales teams & leaders across Pan India
    • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
    • Extremely high ownership, self-starter and work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment
    • Must have an excellent problem solving skills and analytical bent of mind with a willingness to deep dive into any issue to get a resolution
    • Adept at establishing collaborative and trusting relationships with the businesss key internal leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in for key initiatives
