Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint. Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers. Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative tools and techniques. Collaborate with a talented team to ensure efficient and smooth operations in the tool room. Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest industry trends.Expectations from you:Basic Requirements Minimum qualification: Masters degree/Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email. Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.Technical Skills Relevant license may be required.
