The production manager is the steward of production management and needs to arrange people, equipment, materials, and links in a reasonable manner to ensure that the safety of production, product quality, cost, and delivery date meet the planned requirements. The responsibilities of the production manager are as follows:1. According to the plan, coordinate and guide the arrangement of people, machines, materials, and rings in the production process to ensure that the production can proceed smoothly;2. Ensure that the production raw materials, manpower and equipment are effectively used by the user to produce and reduce waste to ensure the quality of the produced products;3. Ensure that the production tasks can be completed on time according to the plan requirements;4. Solve problems in the production process in time;5. Responsible for the performance appraisal and management of production employees, and realize the reasonable allocation of human resources;Application requirements:1. Major in science and engineering, bachelor degree or above;2. Understand the relevant production process of network electronic products such as routers/ONUs/set-top boxes,3. Have more than 5 years of production management experience in the first-line production of electronic products;4. Have a strong sense of production cost control,5. Have a good plan and organization. Negotiation, communication and coordination skills;6. Have team spirit.
