Job Description

    • Responsibilities:
    • Fiserv Intranet (FUEL) Comments Monitoring:
    Triage Fiserv intranet (FUEL) feedback submitted by associates related to content questions or issues. Research questions/issues via the content management system to resolve or to collaborate updates with FUEL content administrators.Key competencies: Basic understanding of SharePoint. Ability to learn FUEL and adhere to FUEL governance and training documentation. Problem-solving capability and logical reasoning (understanding a request from an associate and then applying FUEL governance/guidelines to that request). Written communication and partnership with other Fiserv associates to resolve comments received, either direct with the requestor or with FUEL content admins.
    • Marketing Email Monitoring
    Monitor the hidden_email mailbox via Outlook, looking for requests from existing users who can t access their Acoustic account or new users who need their subscription enabled. Help them through the steps needed to reinstate them.Key competencies: Basic understanding of Outlook. Ability to follow documented steps for editing user settings in Acoustic. Ability to clearly communicate in writing to guide users through the correct steps quickly and efficiently.
    • Digital Email Monitoring:
    Triage emails sent to the Digital email inbox in Outlook. Review the emails and determine the type of request. Create a task in the appropriate Workfront project for each email and move the email from the Outlook inbox to the appropriate Outlook folder.Key competencies: Basic understanding of Outlook and Workfront. Working knowledge of digital terminology and acronyms. Ability to analyze and categorize requests based on email content.
