Job Description

The developer works with the direction of the Tech Lead/Scrum Master and is responsible for the following:

  • Understanding of Scaled Agile Methodology
  • Understand the requirement as defined in the SAFe methodology
  • Assist the Agile Team in designing activities and estimation of the work required.
  • Learning the best practices and the methodology used in the program and ahere to the standards.
  • Coding and Unit Testing of the code written as per the program standards and guidelines.
  • Adhere the processes followed for development in the program.
  • Mentor and train new team members.
  • Identify and collaborate with all necessary stakeholders (internal and external) in order to come to terms or reach agreement in accordance with defined project goals with little to no assistance.
  • Track progress against assigned stories, report status, and proactively identify issues and highlight during Scrum and other forums, where applicable.
  • Work successfully in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to help team members in achieving their project goals if required.
  • Personal ownership and accountability for delivering assigned tasks and deliverables within the established schedule.
  • Facilitate a strong and supportive team environment that enables the team as well as individual team members to overcome any political, bureaucratic and/or resource barriers to participation.
