Job Description

To liaise with all relevant stakeholders to drive project performance, service delivery and outcomes, and undertake reviews, to ensure delivery is above expectation. You support larger, less complex tasks and provide guidance to other junior team members. You coordinate with Task Managers / Team Leaders within the GEC to ensure highquality information and effective communication for successful project delivery. You work independently and have broad technical knowledge and practical experience but require direction from a senior team member. on new or unusual areas of work. You apply technical methods and expertise to complete complex, professional level tasks, and interpreting established policies to effectively support the operational needs of the business. You take a proactive role in evaluating processes, sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities, and providing advice to help improve processes and systems. You actively participate in lessons learnt sessions to continually improve our service. You contribute to a range of assignments by undertaking practical tasks, monitoring, and reviewing work undertaken by more junior colleagues and work with senior colleagues to ensure programs of work are undertaken and project milestones are met. You interpret data and prepare supporting documentation, making straightforward recommendations to support junior and senior colleagues in their decision-making process. You have the knowledge of your own area of specialization, and you are developing an understanding of the wider organizational and program environment. To engage your team members, providing medium for collaborating with the region create opportunities for involvement in projects. Mentor mid-level staff during to ensure the team is well balanced to deliver the expectation. Develop and prepare any specific reporting requirement of Project Managers, Power BI & Project Health reports. Closely monitor all aspects of Project Management for live projects and advise Project Manager(s) of progress and trends on spends, Multipliers & Project reviews. You act as a champion of best practice and standardization, including the scaling ofnew tools and technologies. You create opportunities for others to contribute to service innovation, lessons learned and best practice.
