    2.Looking for Project Manager for Construction Company (Urgent Requirement)Total Position :3Location: PAN IndiaQualification: Degree Civil EngineerExperience: 10 Years with Civil Construction/Infra FirmSalary:upto 12 LacsJob description1. Total Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years or more 2. Experience of construction supervision of Highway/ Expressway projects: (a) 10 years or more; and 3. Experience of civil works project under mountainous/steep terrain including advance slope protection technology such as landslide prevention, reinforced embankment wall, Gabion/retaining walls, rock/soil anchoring, wire net and shotcrete work in steep mountains,2 projects or more (with minimum one year period in each project).Construction management & supervision of projects in Northeast preferable.Co-ordinate with all agencies & clients and ensure timely completion of projects.Preparing MOM of meetings and other project reports.Preparing & presenting Project schedules, Monitoring, Planned vs. Actual reports, Weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS reportsEnsuring Quality Checks.Plan, estimate and manage cost & budgetEnsure Preparing Bill of Quantity/ Bill CheckingProject Management & documentation knowledgeSite administration and documentationBill payment follow-up.Special Expertise : 1. Experience in Road works of Hilly and steep terrain / Supervision of Highways, expressways 2. Supervision and design review of Slope protection Works done by the EPC Contractor.
