You will be partnering with various stakeholders in proactively identities issues, majorly PG and PMP and resolving them, to ensure delivery success. You will cultivate and grow relationships internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, through opportunity identification, strategic client relationship management, inventory partner building integration and troubleshooting.What youll DoReceiving, understanding, and reacting to client PMP requests by developing and building deals that meet the briefWorking with the client services team to proactively build PMPs that align with clients needsWork with the partnerships and publisher operations team to develop an understanding of PMP best practices; set up check list, currency conversion nuances with SSP and publisher, optimal set up for delivery successWork with partnerships to create a process that proactively identifies PMP issues and resolve before the need for client services to create JIRA tickets e.g., Daily BI Report by PMP, auctions sent y/n, CPM rate, currency, bidding y/n, delivery y/n, pacing %Sound knowledge of DSP NBRs to help identify PMP issues to resolvePick up any PMP related Zendesk tickets, create JIRA tickets where necessaryMaintain PMP incident and problem Zendesk tickets to less than 15%, monthly/quarterly review to reset goalsBecome an expert in Adobe Advertising Cloud platform for PMP and private exchangeYou will work with our inventory partners helping facilitate platform inventory accessAct as operational support for inventory partnersMonitor inventory partners integration with Adobe Advertising CloudExternal Facing partner support, integration management and issue troubleshootingExperience working with SSPs such as Google AdX and FreewheelWhat you need to succeedBCA, MCA, B Tech, or any other technical qualificationsStrong understanding of the Programmatic Display Advertising Ecosystem, Ad networks, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic media buyingEfficiency in understanding sample bid requests and Bid responses from different SSPs and aligning it with our internal DSP setupGood knowledge of Programmatic landscape along with Guaranteed, preferred buying and Private marketplace deals and difference in each of the setup and workflowProven abilities to negotiate and coordinate deals with PublishersExperience working with tools like Postman, pulling bid responses and debugging adsShould have experience in setting up a publisher using ad servers DFP, OpenX etc.Good network of Publisher contacts and agencies to build pipelines for better inventory networks for potential/existing AdvertisersSeamless knowledge of Publisher onboarding with Adobe standard benchmarks and criteriasStrong analytical skills: Knowledge of PowerBI, Statistical analysis, etc. will be preferred6-9 Years of overall relevant work experience, comfortable with APAC/EMEA time zone,
