Job Description

    Purchasing ManagerExperience:- 5-10 yrsJob DescriptionImport Material:Preparing material requirement plan as per Internal Sales and Order Entry or For Project which are ongoing in Pan India. All Low Pressure Pneumatic components (Coupler, Fitting, Tubing, Control Valve Various Kind of Houses PU Tubes, Nylon Tubes, Polyamide Tubes, and Polyethylene Tubes) or Trans air Advanced Pipe System for Industrial Fluids & Brass fitting, Aluminium Flanges etc. Import from France, Sweden, Germany and Auto Coupler, HDPE Material, PA12. PA06 plastic material. Master Batch, Ball Valve etc. Import from ChinaSourcing / Procurement:Handling sourcing through identification of cost effective suppliers for procurement with an aim of improving quality & reliability. Budgeting funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials & maximum cost savings.Vendor Development:- Responsible for the on time development of parts for new products either with current supplier base or with newly added supplier as per the technology requirement.Purchase Responsiblefor the procurement as per the requirement of Bought Out Parts, Raw Material (Electrical / Structure ), Welding Electrode / Mig Wire/Industrial Paints / Hardware material (LPS Bolt Nut) / SS wire rope / Pulley / Gear Motor / Winch / Machinery Items / others requirement, Indent Purchase, Consumables, Capital Goods, Job work Contracts, Maintenance Items of highest quality with low cost.Taking care of end to end purchasing i.e. Right from Identification of vendor, Communicating the product requirement, taking quotation, negotiation, getting them approved, contract finalization, PO & follow up, Road permit handling, Vendors bill processing.Procurement & expediting of items purchased. Procurement of structure (Plates, Sheets, Flats, Channel, Beam, Angles, Rounds).Procurement of fasteners (All type bolts, studs, with nut and washer).Procurement of Fall Arrestor systems, Solar Aviation Lights.Procurement of copper flats, Copper Bonded Rods for Earthing, Copper fasteners. Procurement of SS Rods, and fasteners.Procurement of Electricals wires Procurement of Tooling items.Procurement of Consumable items (Safety Products, Paints, Thinner).Procurement of capital items. Vendor Development.Making the arrangement of transportation for lifting the material.Follow up for the all purchase activities.ISO Documentation.Responsible for reducing price and providing the best quality of materials to the Company
