The Collection and Recovery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys collections and recovery efforts. This includes managing the collection team, developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring performance, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The role will also involve working closely with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to improve collection processes and achieve financial targets.Qualifications Strong knowledge of collection and recovery practices Experience in managing a collection team and handling customer accounts Excellent communication and negotiation skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in using collection management software Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the telecom industry Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field,
