Job Description

    Job SummaryThe Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for client delivery. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards maintaining quality control and checkResponsibilities and Duties Recruitment Strategy and Development:Devise recruitment strategies that align with client objectives while collaborating with on-site Account Manager. Offer expertise in market analysis, talent mapping, and industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance levels. Delegate tasks, set targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive efficiency and excellence. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment. needs, and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. Act as the primary point of contact, managing expectations and delivering solutions tailored to client requirements. Meeting and interacting with clients to cultivate stronger relationships. Process Optimization and Compliance: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance throughout the recruitment process. Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts. Generate regular reports to track progress, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Oversee sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent. Monitor candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes to ensure alignment with client specifications. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in candidate selection. Conduct audits and quality checks to validate adherence to client requirements and industry standards. Skills &Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an FTE Hiring environment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Exceptional team management and communication skills. Leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
