    • Should have handled multiple IT Services engagements(24X7) of at least over 100+ resources dealing specifically with Production Support
    • Managed teams with SLA based delivery model and in various models like managed services, shared services for production support.
    • Provide leadership to various teams of support analysts in terms of managing escalations, client engagement, defining processes and managing prioritizations.
    • Good technical knowledge of the latest technology platforms including but not limited to Salesforce, Cloud environments.
    • Good understanding of automation technologies RPA, ML and AI
    • Good domain understanding of F&A processes
    • Provide leadership in identifying opportunities to further increase the capabilities of the support teams through trainings, automation, and other mechanisms.
    • Provide leadership in proposing effective solutions to the clients for support requirements in the client organization. Incorporate latest developments of new technologies into solutions.
    • Ensure documentation of all technical queries, develop and review content for knowledgebase.
    • Responsible for team building and mentoring.
    • Responsible for all production support delivery originating from respective geographies - optimizing programs, improving profitability & retention.
    • Work directly with various platform teams, quality assurance, the IT development team, the IT operations team, business analysts, business users, and management to resolve issues.
    Requirements: Relevant of prior experience with hands on project / program management in a production support role.Relevant of prior experience of hands-on production support experience in investment F&A domains Other skills desired: Excellent client management skills Self-Motivated and aggressiveExcellent consulting skillsProficient oral and written communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.Should have sound understanding of CMM/CMMi/Six Sigma processes.
