Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for RF Optimisation Engineer (ARP)Roles & Responsibilities :-The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements.The role is focused on Initial tuning and optimization servicesThe Network Engineer is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.Strong LTE/5G fundamentals in Planning, & Optimization.Should have good communication skills and ability to deliver KSS/Best practice/Demo to internal/external customerAccountable for day to day delivery of the assigned projectAnalyzing & troubleshooting different network related issuesResponsible for allocated project Optimization KPI Optimization, Improvement plan, Optimization reports, Worst Cell AnalysisWork with customer to execute the delivery plans in a time bound mannerCandidate should be able to understand the customer queries & proactively act on the same.Interact with internal stakeholders for delivery execution and Acceptance.Excellent communication skills.Shall be flexible in time shift changes /weekend workRelevant working experience in Ericsson in RF Pre-Post optimization in LTE/5G technology. ( Predominantly LTE )Strong Knowledge about toolsEricsson OSS(BI, Winfoil, ENIQ, ENM, )Extensive experience on Ericsson LTE Features, Commands ,counters, parameters & Formulas.Strong knowledge about parameter audit tool NEPA/MVPAT Hands on experience on MS OfficeRegards,Team HR
