Job Description

Want to learn more about who we are and what we do, visit us at www.monotype.com.We are looking for a Sales compensation analyst to manage our sales compensation plans to ensure accurate payout and reporting in a timely manner.What you ll be doing:

  • Calculate monthly commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans
  • Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies
  • Manage Xactly to ensure data is correct for reporting
  • Work with Accounting on monthly commission accruals
  • Work with HR and EBS to ensure sales headcount and the org structure is accurate and aligns with what is in Salesforce and Workday
  • Work with EBS to ensure the appropriate fields are setup in Salesforce to drive additional automation in calculating sales compensation
What we re looking for:
  • Minimum two years of experience in a sales comp or accounting role
  • Broad understanding and experience with sales compensation and processes
  • Experience with SalesForce.com is required (Experience with Xactly is preferred)
  • Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to collaborate with team members as well as various business partners
