Candidates should be exceptional communicators and intuitively recognizepatterns with a keen interest in providing purposeful and accurate insight into consumerbehaviour and competitors strategies.Roles and Responsibility
    • Engage with potential customers, identify their key pain points and create
    • personalised growth journeys for every customer to help them purchase products to
    • meet their career objectives
    • Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry
    • Completing daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
    • Upselling and cross-selling relevant products to enrolled students/ customers
    • Achieve monthly targets, and unlock fast growth opportunities within the department
    • Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals
    • Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily
    • Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales
    • team to come up with new growth strategies
    • Desired Candidate:
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • 3 Years experience in sales or telecalling (The ed-tech industry will be an added advantage)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
