Looking for an experienced Sales Manager to enhance the sales branch in Boston, USA.Minimum Experience: 4 yearsLocation: Noida office, IndiaReporting to: Director Sales (Resident in India)Job Responsibilities:Plan out the execution of all campaigns and lead generation activities in the designated region using online and off- line media.Respond to Requests for Proposals.Arrange for customized pre- sales as necessary.Achieve the assigned appointment goals and help build the sales pipeline.Evaluate customer needs in accordance with our policies & criteria to generate qualified prospects.Coordinate closely with the Service Delivery/ Project teams to ensure proper transitioning of deals.Desired Skills and Capabilities:Should be experienced in offshore IT Project Sales or IT Resource Placement Sales.Should be willing to travel to the US.Should be enterprising, resourceful, flexible, and tenacious.Should be energetic and enthusiastic to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.Qualification: BE/ IT- qualified with MBA (Marketing) from a decent B School would be preferred.,
