    REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER description entails overseeing and improving training systems and methods, as well as training and maintaining the teams culture and vision.The real estate sales manager conducts training that teach agents how to get customers, discuss transactions, secure financing, and complete formalities for the sale. They also get employee budget and inventory reports ready.     • Lead Closures
    • Develop new leads and increase sales for the company

    • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
    • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
    • Work on sales scripts with agents
    • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
    • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
    • Plan and direct sales team training
    • Control expenses and monitor budgets
    Sales Manager Qualifications
    • Must be Post Graduate (any stream)
    Sales Manager Requirements:
    • Prior experience of sales manager/team leader role is preferred
    • Must have 4 wheeler
    • Proven organizational and planning ability
    • Pressure Handler & Target Achiever
    • Excellent communications and presentable
    • Good time management skills
    • Team management and performance management
    • Real estate experience is a big plus!
