Job Description

Position description/ Key Responsibility Areas / Accountability

  • To ensure prompt response on various channels of interaction (verbal and written) with clients, by all the sales team members.
  • To plan, strategize and implement sales strategies, to keep an edge over competitors.
  • To plan and make shift rosters of the team.
  • To ensure proper reporting from each sales team members.
  • To ensure timely implementation of the changes in the SOPs, as directed by the directors.
  • To plan the required team size ensuring maximum output of each team member.
  • To train the newly hired team members and assessing their performance for guiding them to work on their weak points.
