Job Description

    The overall purpose of the position is to achieve sales target (Revenue) for assigned areas and Identify sales, develop new customers along with the help of business development team and find out new potential areas to enhance sales and make new customers.Mission: The overall purpose of the position is to achieve sales target (Revenue) for assigned areas and Identify sales, develop new customers along with the help of business development team and find out new potential areas to enhance sales and make new customers.The key target is to achieve new business gains and sales growth within the Sales policiesthrough effective management and leadership.Supporting the MEI cluster in developing welding & cutting applications, promoting ARCAL, LASAL &NEXELIA branded products, percolating the new launches/offers from WBL and/or R&D and similarlysharing the field experience/opportunities/new developments of the market to ALTEC central as well asR&D.Key Responsibilities:Plans. & priorities in advance, for effective Prospecting & Customer visits.Visits industrial areas & identifies prospective Leads. Identifies & understands Clientrequirements & needsMeets decision-makers and develops relationships and builds trust. Plays Lead role innegotiation & closure of contracts.Takes complete ownership of the Accounts , Ensures Customer Satisfaction level, brings clarityto cross functional activities.Develops & shares territory business knowledge. Identifies and follows gas and non-gascompetitors actions in his/her assigned area.Keeps track of competition and market developmentsKeeps track and supports the development sales profit.Required Qualifications And CompetenciesBE Graduate - Mech / Production / Metallurgy / welding and/or Management preferred, Demonstrable,deep and successful experience in sales, Sound knowledge or experience in Business and FinancialManagement, Strong financial and analytical skills, Experience working with Microsoft Office andapplications.Experience Required- 3-5 yrs with Relevant Experience and proven track recordsAdditional information:Should have following Personality Attributes:Strong verbal & written communication skillsSmart & PresentableSelf motivated & High on energyAmbitious for personal growthMature enough to differentiate between aggression and follow up,
