One97 Communications Limited that owns the brand Paytm is founded by Vijay ShekharSharma.About the team: SAP Support team is facilitate to existing ERP support and new implement processes for allthe Paytm entities.About the role: Sound Knowledge of below SAP sub Modules of FICO:General Ledger (FI-GL)Accounts Payable (FI-AP)Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)Asset Accounting (FI-AA)Integration of FI-MM & FI-SD ModuleKnowledge of SD & MM modules for configuration and reports.Resolving the issues within the time limit specified in SLA S.Interacting with users on a day to day basis for timely closing of the tickets.Assisting users in Period end activities.Preparation of functional specification and interacting with Abapers to develop.Attending and Conducting the Weekly Meetings with the SAP and Core team members.Proactively discuss critical issues with other consultantsExpectations/ RequirementsCreative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative cultureCohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every dayCoordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each projectDevelop comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholdersProgram manage initiatives that are driven centrally for Technology improvementsTrack Program/Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goalsEngage with various Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify common bottlenecks esp. onTechnology frontEnable and encourage use of common services to increase the speed of development and executionSmart thinking and clear communicationUse and continually develop leadership skillsBe a brand ambassador for Paytm Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this rolemanagers>High level of drive, initiative and self-motivationAbility to take internal and external stakeholders alongUnderstanding of Technology and User ExperienceLove for simplifyingGrowth MindsetWillingness to experiment and improve continuously,
