Job Description

    What does a great Senior Scrum Master do Team Delivery - Guides the team with a Servant Leadership mindset in executing and completing quality work using agile and lean methods with a focus on flow and problem-solving Training - Trains the team in agile and lean practices Change Champion - Creates and embraces positive change. Partners with the agile coaches to help the team improve their agile and lean mindset and practices Team Advocate - Understands the Bank Solutions environment and engages beyond the team (senior leaders, stakeholders, family leads, other teams) Team Morale Keeps the team morale high by listening, resolving issues and celebrating successes Self-Improvement Continuous learningBasic qualifications for consideration: 4+ years of experience using agile and lean methods with small and medium teams. Includes Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, hybrids Ability to model and customize Agile approaches Strong understanding of lean flow and experience in identifying/resolving blockers Proficient with engineering practices (i.e. continuous integration, continuous delivery, test driven development, test automation)Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy and integrity Accomplished in remote team facilitation and engagement Active participant in the Agile/Lean community Demonstrated ability to lead as a servant leader Drive for continuous learning 4-year degree from an accredited university or applicable work experienceIn order to protect our Fiserv community, Fiserv requires all newly hired employees in the United States to be fully vaccinated before their start date.
