Job Description

MCA, B.Tech or B.E (four year college degree) or equivalent Total experience: 7 years+. 4+ years of experience as BA or System Analyst with progression towards BA. Ability to deep dive into requirements and map them to technical details Good Understanding of complete SDLC and STLC and Agile Willingness to participate in Functional testing Familiarity with the mainframe basics in order to understand the data transfer between front-end & mainframe. Mainframe Technology Background - COBOL, CICS, IMS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF is very much desirable. Excellent written and Verbal communication Skills. Articulate Technical solutions in language understood by business users.Desirable:Cards and payments Domain knowledge. Prior knowledge of TS2 product is a bonus. If not mainframe background, Technical understanding / programming hands on in any other stream (java / .Net / Pyhton / Automation (UFT / Selinum) or equivalent.) and willingness to learn any new tech-stack.
