What you will learn and contribute to Providing Product Line level technical support through Case handling process for Nokia Core products (SDM /IMS portfolio of NT-HLR, One EIR, One NDS, CMS-8200, CFX 5000, iNUM). Handling support requests assigned via NCT tool. Participating in special projects (e.g. customer pilots and task forces) and in troubleshooting activities which require remote and on-site support. Member of 24/7 emergency on-call rotation. Participating escalation management and product support practice development activities. Your skills and experience
    • Experience and understanding of SDM Products ( One-NDS, NT-HLR, Cloud HSS, UDM, SDL, EIR/MNP )
    • Expert Knowledge of telecom principles including deep knowledge with SS7,Diameter , TCP/UDP , M3UA , SOAP, HTTP, LDAP , RTP
    • other 3GPP protocols and technologies used in Nokia Converged Core Products.
    • Working knowledge of Nokia Networks One NDS/SDL, HSS ,NT-HLR, integration or System Verification , Install and Upgrade for more than 5 years.
    • Strong engineering skills bringing innovative ideas towards the problem solving. Experience in Emergency Support activities and recovery of system
    • Good communication Skills.
    Nice to Have
    • Competence in Linux and scripting languages like Shell, Perl, Python
    • Good knowledge in Open Stack administration, Docker, Kubernetes concepts and its application in Could Native products.
