Job Description

    • Help to onboard DC as well as Enterprise customers onto Monotype Fonts
    • Manage/Help to manage the post-Sales business relationships to a growing portfolio of MTF customers
    • Help CS with any tasks they might delegate to you
    • Communicate with CS on a regular basis around customer issues that have been identified and escalated
    • Mediate between clients and the organization
    • Identify large issues and work with engineering to get fixes put into future sprints
    • Identify opportunities of upselling and cross-selling
    • Implement and improve onboarding processes
    • Hold product demonstrations that show the full value of our platform
    • Analyse customer utilisation data to improve customer experience
