*Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience., *The Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Units Argus Safety product is a comprehensive platform designed to enable pharmaceutical companies to track, manage, and report safety information related to their prescription and non-prescription drugs in the marketplace. It also facilitates the reporting of any safety or adverse events (rash, death, hospitalization etc) to the FDA to ensure the drug is not a risk to the public at large.Argus Safety team is currently hiring. The candidate must have a development background who can work on deployment and configuration of the product in a cloud platform. He must gain in depth knowledge of the product suite along with its deployment strategies. With the knowledge of the application deployment architecture, the candidate should be able to understand the cloud topology. He must be able to understand how to install the product in an optimal fashion that allows for quick single click installations using a combinations of scripting technologies. Basic understanding of network topology is required to understand logical deployment and security settings required in the cloud platform.Experience Level: 5-8 YearsDevOps Lead/Developer:Must Have:- Preferably an Engineering graduate from a reputaed College- Devops Automation Tools like Chef (Must Have), Ansible, Puppet, etc- In depth knowledge of any one of the scripting languages like Chef, Phyton, Unix Shell Scripting, Powershell, WLST, DOS Batch / etc- Experience in design and deployment automation of Legacy/Monolithic applications and knowledge on Iaas, Paas & Saas- Good Knowledge of Application Cloud Deployment & hosting.- Ability to code and script- Is fluent in Linux and Window Operating systems and application management- Must have fair amount of knowledge of networking concepts and internet/intranet security- Must be comfortable and able to collaborate with global cross functional groups including security, networking, and program management.- Should have a business sense to be able to come up with options to reduce cost and overheads by enhancing the product or use of automation.Good To Have:- Development experience in Microsoft Technologies and JAVA- Experience working with any of the Oracle Tools and Technologies like WebLogic, OBIEE, OAM/IDM, ODI, Oracle Database etc.- Experience with Oracle Cloud Environment.- Understanding of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
