Job Description

A dynamic person with 18+ years of experience creating & nurturing strong customer relationship and is the primary contact point. Extensive experience helping customer to manage projects/programs effectively.Hands on experience preparing project performance reports. Adept at working with sales team members to create new businesses and also ensures the sales team meets all the contract terms and conditions. - Lead migration of various customer systems (data centre to applications) to a managed cloud environment - Provide release / project / program management for domain specific solutions

  • Develop methodologies and standards for cloud services team to manage project time and resources throughout the life of the project
  • Help manage and develop software quality assurance testing processes compliant with industry specifications - Lead team to deliver a winning RFP response
  • Work in collaboration with strategic client partners/sales organisation and help them on creating RFI/RFP responses
  • Prepare business case and ROI for strategic initiatives
  • Prepare senior leadership catch-up/dashboard on PMO initiatives/implementations - Develop PMO practices and rollout implementation across projects/programs
  • Develop operational and service level agreements for new development, production systems support, resource utilization, and performance reporting
  • Assist in development of templates useful for project/program specifications, statements of work and various other suchrequirements
  • Develop multiple project tools and artifacts require to effectively manage projects in accordance with the companys PMO guidelines and expectations
