We strongly promote equal participation in the workplace so that everyone is able to evolve, grow & improve their skills consistently.We are looking for a Lead- Marketing Communication for our Brand and Communication team.What Youll Do :- This role will be responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in implementing the firms marketing plan- Conceptualizing and executing plans to delivering creative content across our various communication channels & functions.- Working with all major functions within the organisation (Product, CRM, Sales, Content, Digital Marketing) to devise communication strategies and plan activated campaigns (offline and online)- Responsible for the design and production of media content- Design and coordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility on print, online and social media- Manage a team Communications Specialist and co-manage a team of designers/videographersWhat Youll Need:- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications and 2+ years of experience in managing a team & should be from a Tier-1 College- Project Management experience. Proven track record of working across multiple streams and delivering projects under tough timelines- Ability to set and measure quantitative targets for himself/herself and the team- Creativity, ability to think beyond what competitors and other ed- tech players are doing to introduce a competitive edge for Gradeup- Excellent Communication skills - able to take complex information and effectively communicate both in verbal as well as visual formats- Obsession over quality of work- Strong problem-solving abilitiesWhat We Are Offering:- An open, transparent culture.- Quality over quantity approach (We care about the work you put into the hours, and not about the number of hours you put into work).- We move fast.
