Job Description

    *Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Technical Leader In this role, you will be responsible for the solution architecture and strategy articulation role for multiple projects across verticals.The role will be working closely with a tight knit team of Developers, alongside the Development Manager, You will be leading the team through a hands-on perspective, making sure they are heading in the right direction in terms of technology and constantly keeping everyone up to date or one-step ahead of the market.The successful candidate will be an Technical enthusiast who understands the importance of Technlogy and ensuring both the team and management are kept abreast of any potential issues.Responsibilities
    • Hands-on web-based technologies solutions
    • Define, lead and maintain technical design methodologies, processes, technologies and standards
    • Help detail all aspects of product design and architecture and ensure that resulting design specification fits into technical architectural framework and allows fast growth.
    • Bring industry best practices and help navigate changing technologies and upcoming trends to create a strategic company product roadmap
    • Act as a mentor for the rest of the engineering team members
    Minimum qualifications
    • Experience in software engineering of cloud-based services at large scale
    • Experience with Web and cloud technologies and distributed architecture
    • Proven experience as a hands on Architect
    • Used to work in Agile methodologies
    • Strong leadership skills and an ability to mentor and groom engineers
    • Initiative, self-motivated, gets-things-done attitude
    • A real team player. Has good interpersonal skills, loves to work with other people, share ideas and learn
    Preferred qualifications
    • Microsoft Azure technologies
    • Understanding of enterprise architecture
    • TOGAF or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
