Job Description

    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Training Insurance In this role, you will be responsible for handling the business training for an Insurance business. You will own the training function with a proactive and problem solving approach with good logical reasoning ability.
    • You will be encouraged to have good client management skills and analytical skills.
    Roles and Responsibilities New Hire Training
    • Readiness of new hire class logistics, documentation
    • Timely & effective pre- process & process trainings (internal or client led)
    • Build daily/weekly dashboards on new hire training progress
    • Feedback & mentor of new hires
    • Ensure 100% adherence to new hire learning paths
    Knowledge Management
    • Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, Update dissemination for all new and stable processes
    • Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
    • Build action plan for people missing SLAs during training and post training completion
    • Handle the Quality metric for the process and accountable for the team of Quality auditors and lead the Quality audit frameworks for the business
    • Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
    Drive Process improvements
    • Lead all the Quality and Process improvement projects
    • Be a consultant to the business and advice process improvement ideas
    Employee Development
    • Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification
    • Align with the employee development initiatives run at the organization level
    • Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment
    Qualifications:
    • Graduation in any stream except BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
    Essential skills:
    • Proven experience in Insurance Operations and Claims backend operations for Life, Accident and Health Insurance
    • Proven experience in transitions/ knowledge transfer/ training for Claims Adjudication
    • Excellent English Communication (Both written & verbal)
    • Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
    • Passionate, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business
    • Must have decision making capability
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
    • Good in MS Excel and Powerpoint
    • Ready to work on stretched working hours
    • Ability to independently get along with internal and external customers
    • Excellent people management and customer management skills
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Focus on Customer satisfaction
    Technical skills:
    • Insurance knowledge and ability to understand and interpret Insurance terminology
    • Exposure to Insurance claims operations - Claims Adjudication
    • Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
    • Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
    • Collaborative approach towards resolving the issues with partners & peers/sub-process areas
    • Ability to crunch data, possesses data driven & fact based approachn, and YouTube.
