Ensure productive usability for advanced technical users that will be regularly using the product(s). Shape and design features and be involved at any stage of the product design as necessary. Understand functional requirements and translate them into detailed designs with the ability to clearly communicate them to the development team for implementation. Work closely with product managers and engineering leaders to design the UX Analysing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience Assisting with content development Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows Developing personas and usage scenarios Consulting with clients to understand their goals Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders Conducting usability testingQualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Experience as a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer in an Enterprise software company. Experience designing DevOps or Developer tools is a plus. Experienced in designing complex and data intensive products and platforms Fluent in typography. Expertise in prototyping tools such as Sketch and Invision (or in similar solutions) Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent Ability to meet deadlines in a strong team environment Effective communication and able to work in a global team setting, accommodating multiple geographies and time zones Preference to candidate having a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies, and of wireframing tools such as Figma, UXPin or Adobe XD. A good grasp of design programs and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Good to have understand basics of the languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
