Position - Sr. Product DesignerLocation - Noida (Remote)Experience - 2 - 7 yearsWorking Days - 5 daysClient - Ed-techWe are looking for a passionate UI/UX expert who:- Has 4-7 years of working experience in designing B2B/SaaS Products, preferable- Has shipped awesome features and at times the entire product vertical.1. Enjoys learning how to solve the hard problems and isnt scared of complexities.2. Empathizes with the user.3. Doesnt shy away from making iterations to craft the perfect experience.4. Can thrive in a variable and demanding environment with short feedback loops.5. Has excellent communication skills6. Takes initiatives and consistently keeps doing what he does best.7. Be able to defend the design decisions8. Coordinate and plan with other functions. Manage stakeholder expectations.- Understands that design makes everything possible, and can distinguish great design from pretty design. Also, it should be backed with data and user research- Is comfortable with the numbers. Can look at analytics, measure the impact and suggest changes to meet business objectives- Believes in rapid prototyping through various design and animation tools SketchApp, Figma, etc. and has up-to-date knowledge in web & mobile design trends & guidelines.,
