We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityWe are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join the Professional Video and Audio team in Noida to build experiences that will grow the business to new target audiences.Enabling Creativity for All is a core opportunity that youll need to capitalize on by working closely with our world-class product, marketing, engineering, UX, research and data sciences teams. This role will be responsible for expanding our core Video & Audio product offerings, uncovering retention opportunities for existing customer segments and building growth strategies to attract new target audiences. Youll be working closely not only with the Video and Audio Group but also with teams from other flagship products, incl. After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.Finally, there are big stages waiting for you: you will get the opportunity to represent Adobe at major global events such as Sundance, NAB, Vidcon and IBC.What youll do:

  • Define and champion product vision and strategy for your products
  • Develop hypotheses, validate them, socialize insights, forecast impact, build product roadmap, work with cross functional teams to execute on the roadmap, measure impact and gather & analyze user feedback to further inform the roadmap
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value
  • Lead the conversation with cross-functional teams, e.g., the user experience design, engineering, shared technology teams and project planning to deliver the right product to the market
  • Be the customer advocate every step along the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight.
What you need to succeed:
  • Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products
  • Overall, 8-10 years of experience with a minimum 6 years in a Product Management role is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.
  • Experience with A/B testing, qual and quant user research, and data-driven product iteration
  • Experience of working in fast paced Agile development environments is desirable
  • Passion for video creation and deep understanding of the media creation landscape is desirable
  • BE in Engineering & MBA or equivalent experience
