Job Description

    Job DescriptionAdobe is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Tech Comm product team in Noida. You will be part of a highly motivated team of product leaders responsible for defining and executing the products like FrameMaker, RoboHelp, TCS, and AEM Guides. As a program manager, you will play a central role in the engineering execution and release management. You will work closely with the various internal stakeholders and some enterprise customers and partners on a need basis.What youll doCoordinate with different functions of the products to ensure a successful release.Coordinate with various business units and cross-functional teams as required for successful delivery.Perform project planning to establish an overall project plan, including key milestones, and drives progress to achieve the project plan within time and budget constraints.Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies during project implementation.Aggregate, organize and synthesize program and project information to communicate with extended team and management.Understand and assess critical paths and dependencies for delivering products.Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drives process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes, tools, etc) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.Communicate and collaborate effectively to work with the team. Ability to facilitate inter-departmental meetings to resolve complex issues.Initiate and execute legal audits before delivery milestones of products.What you need to succeedB. Tech/MBA from a reputed institute. Having MBA is highly desired.12+ years of experience in the software development industry. 5+ years in program management.Should have good knowledge of a software product development lifecycle. The person should be a go-getter, can multi-task, and stay on top.Knowledge of agile development techniques and project management tools is preferred.Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.The ability to appropriately align communications with the intended audience.Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Ability to communicate in a geographically distributed environment with diverse stakeholders and to operate in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity.,
