Job Description

    Site managerswork on building and construction sites to ensure a project completes safely, on time, and within budget. They monitor and direct contractor activities from start to finish and direct and oversee various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation and foundation laying to the final touches.What is site manager responsibilities coordinating and supervising construction workers. selecting tools and materials. making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety. checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings. maintaining quality control procedures.Site Manager:-To manage all activities pertaining to specific projects at the contract site, chair meetings of site staff, communicate with client, ensure maximum utilization of project resources and ensure completion of all activities as per companys process and procedures. Responsible for day to day management of all site activities. responsible for chairing the meeting of site staff including subcontractors. Responsible for single point communication interface between site and client or STS head office. Responsible for ensuring maximum utilization of project resources to achieve job completion targets and schedules. Coordinate with procurement for on time delivery of materials. Provide timely assistance for query/problem resolution in all project locations on need basis. Review the project progress by conducting analysis etc. produce dashboards to check if cumulative cost is higher than cumulative costs.
