Our mission is to manufacture safe and eco-friendly organic products, protect our environment, create fair living wage jobs, and give back to causes for children, animals, andthe environment.We are hiring a Soft Toy Production Supervisor and Maker.Location: Noida, UP, IndiaJob DescriptionBears for Humanity is hiring a skilled professional Soft Toy Production supervisor and Toy Maker. This individual will report to the Country Manager in India and liaise with the Founders of the company.Experience 5 years of experience in manufacturing, product design, and/or development for soft toy production. Proficient with designing and creating prototypes from conceptual designs into a physically produced product Knowledgeable in fabric selection, pattern creation process for soft toys Strong understanding of safety requirements for producing. products intended for children Training Understanding of various fastening techniques to ensure safe play value throughout the life cycles of the soft toys Be able to confidently create detailed design specifications which include full materials details and processes used to manufacture each component.Role & Responsibilities Production: Oversees the production process from start to finish Verifying production output: Performing verification according to specifications Preparing reports: Presenting reports on performance and progress to senior manager Enforcing procedures: Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures Maintaining quality: Ensuring production plans are completed in time, and maintaining quality service Approves final products before they are shipped out Design: Able to design and create original toys, as well as being able to sew them together quickly and efficiently. Ability to use CAD software (such as Adobe Illustrator) for creating original designs. Fabrics: Experience with different fabrics and materials. Strong sewing skills, in order to put the toys together quickly and correctly. An eye for detail, in order ensure each stitch is straight and even.QualificationsCertified professional manufacturer or equivalent education/training certification.EducationBachelors degree in Industrial Design/Product Design or related field preferred; actively pursing degree also acceptable,
