  • Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture/infrastructure with Project Manager
  • Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review, coordination, integration and flow of development, testing, and deployment to support continuous delivery) and provide guidance to team members
  • Plan and design the structure of a technology (SQL Server, asp.net core, Tableau, SSIS, Power BI etc.) solution
  • Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
  • Determining whether the current system can be upgraded or if a new system needs to be installed
  • Meeting with the software developers to discuss the system software needs
  • Ensuring access management and compliance are met
  • Code release management
  • Focus on maintaining the end-to-end application delivery tool chain
  • Detail and able to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirements
  • Grow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting and hiring
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment for assigned projects
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
  • Exceptional ability to debug and root cause analysis to help fixing the errors
  • Handle customer interaction and requirement gathering session with business and propose suggestions for improvements, enhancements, and contribute on solution development. Help junior developers in calls to better understand the requirements
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • B.Tech/BSc IT/ MCA with 6 years of IT experience
  • Post Graduation with minimum 8 years of IT experiences
  • 5+ years of experience in designing applications using Microsoft SQL Server 2016
  • Strong Data Warehouse designing concept
  • Domain knowledge of the project to mentor new resources
  • Exceptional ability to debug and root cause analysis to help fixing the errors
