Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients to implement proven IT/ GIS strategies on ArcGIS platform architectures Help to envisage the utilization of GIS that brings business value, and support the development of a multi- year strategic vision for critical clients Proactively propose solutions on Esri s technology that integrates/ interfaces with our customers vision and translate system requirements into software architecture and design specificationsQualification, Experience Skill SetTotal 10+ years of experience in architecture, implementing, and administrating enterprise GIS- IT solutions/ systems that leverage the ArcGIS enterprise platform (desktop, server, web and mobile) 5+ years of hands- on experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS runtime, and their associated APIs or interfaces Working on solution design, planning, developing, deployment, security, identity management frameworks, cloud, and scalability Hands on experience on geo- databases such as Oracle; Microsoft SQL, PostGIS; and/ or other RDBMS and Windows, Linux, and/ or other server environments Programming and scripting with Python, JavaScript, and/ or HTML5 (modern web frameworks) Work on latest technology implementation patterns including service- oriented architectures and cloud hybrid configurationsPersonality TraitsSelf- driven results oriented Should have the ability to perform in a multi- tasking Excellent communication, presentation and inter personal skills,
