Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.Job DescriptionJob Profile DefinitionKey TasksOverviewThe role encompasses the end-to-end life cycle of Operate and Managed Services opportunities from Solutioning of the OMS Portfolio right qualifying opportunities along with Nokia account team and sales-presales team, understanding customer requirements, solution creation in line with customer expectations & Nokia value addition, ensuring cost effectiveness, business case modelling, negotiations and closure. Also supporting the go-to-market strategy for the OMS Solutions and / or business, evangelizing and designing new portfolio solutions and commercial models.Main Responsibility Area and Expertise Operate Managed Service is part of the Nokia s Cloud & Network Services (CNS) business unit. The role is part of Operate Managed Services Portfolio Sales team. Track opportunities and support the process of qualification of deals Solution creation in terms of delivery organization competencies, processes, tools, dimensioning, costing, etc. Maintain & update market benchmarks for costs, SPCs, delivery mechanisms, documentations, KPIs, etc. Detailed working knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends in the new portfolio segments covering 5G, Security Operations, Cloud Operations, IoT Operations and Micro & Digital Services Working with other Business Group Solutions for offering E2E OMS Solutions i.e. Working knowledge of Wireline, IP/Transport, Wireless (4G/5G) and Cloud (CI/CD, DevOps, NFVI Operations) Detailed knowledge of Extreme Automations covering AI/ML, Cognitive Solutions and Zero Touch Operations Pre-Sales Solution Support for Proof-of-Concept (POCs), 1 st and 2 nd engagements and developing the value and selling propositions To own full individual accountability for customer interface from solutioning perspective i.e. Solutioning, Bid Defense, Solution Optimizations for OMS opportunities. Sign-off and alignment with Internal Stakeholders on the designed solution to ensure that solution is designed as per the standard guidelines, sign-off with delivery organization including GDC, Market Delivery, CTO for tools delivery Update the standard Opportunities Database for all the supported opportunities for knowledge sharing Liaising with Lead BGs for the BoQ, Architecture, Project Timelines and Acceptance criteria for the attached solutions Key Interfaces:Customer Teams, HoSS, SSMs, Bid Managers, etc. MS Solution Stake Holders GDC, Procurement, NCS, OMS-BL, MS PdM, CNS Security Product BU, Tools and Automation BU, etc. Customers operational teams & procurement teams, 3rd party services partners, etc. Reaching out to other BGs for support Other RequirementsDesired Skills and ExperienceStrong pre-sales and business development experience in OMS services domain including Security, Cloud, IoT and Digital Services Exposure to work on large and complex outsourcing opportunity. Strong experience of working in conceptualizing, developing or leading large part of New Generations Operations, backed up by references Strong experience and knowledge of Operate Managed Services business and deep understanding of Telco Infrastructure Operations for both Telecom and Non-Telecom Customers. Experience in designing solutions and architecture along with good knowledge of Telecom products and technologies at different layers like network, infrastructure, application, data, identity & access, processes, etc. Expert understanding of various Network, Cloud, Security Operations tooGood understanding evolution of telecom technologies and architecture Able to work at strategic and operations levels and to move between these levels with ease.
