Job Description

    Spanish Travel Sales ConsultantExcellent incentive structureSalary: Best in IndustryResponsibilitiesSell flight tickets to US & UK passengers (Spanish and English Language)Working on GDS (Amadeus) to check the airfaresMaking new customers and further converting them to repeat customers by providing the best customer experience.Generate PNRs and deal with the airlines to issue new tickets.Answering campaign calls to promote the brand.Upselling the brand and building a rapport with the customers to make them come back to us for their next travelsProvide Travel Management Services to individual and business SpanishcustomersWork towards generating new customers.Determine customers needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs and sell Airline tickets.Working on GDS (Amadeus) to check the airfares and schedule informationGenerate PNRs and deal with the airlines to issue new tickets.Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.Answering campaign calls to promote the brand.Should have the expertise of converting inbound calls into a confirmed sale, thus generating revenue for the company.Selling the brand and building a rapport to retain their loyalty for future travel needsTeam Leadership and Maintain team performance reports and dashboards.Lead and initiate performance/process improvementQualificationsBe able to write speak & read both Spanish and EnglishCertified Spanish CourseUndergraduate/graduate/postgraduate degree.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in travel industryProficient in MS office, travel tools etc.Customer First attitude and demonstrate Customer Relationship SkillsSound knowledge of geography, especially for the US market.Campaign calling experience is preferred but not mandatoryWilling to work in rotational shifts.
