Job Description

    Must have ability to gather requirements and prepare & present accurate & comprehensive User Interface Specifications with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentationAbility to elicit/gather, analyze and capture RequirementsInitiate, manage and follow-up on Requirement Gathering discussion/meetings with the Product Owners and/or ClientsGenerate Business Artifacts e.g. as-is Analysis, Business Flows, Requirement mapping with feature sets.Analyze Business, Functional and Design Requirements and prepare detailed & accurate Business Documents Feature Summary, Functional Specifications and User Interface Spec s DocumentsDesign/Generate usable and effective WireframesAbility to work in agile mode, participate in all agile ceremonies and represent the Business functionAbility manage Sprints create Sprints, coordinate with the Scrum Team to assign/update tasksAbility to Participate & Contribute in functional framework discussionsAbility to work closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements are fully & accurately covered in the User Interface Specification.Ability to work closely with Process/Delivery Manager in planning of Sprints and Delivery Contents current & futureAbility to work closely with Technical and QA Teams in explaining the requirements and provide functional guidance/answersAbility to analyze client reported issues and help Support Team in designing/implementing and testing fixesConduct preliminary investigation and research, collaboratively with the Business Unit/Client on the backlog items that are assigned to the team.Adept in conducting Gap Analysis with client requirements and legacy product to ensure that the proposed model is supported by the system.Extensively document storyboard - covering all business scenarios, call-out required behavior IDs, database reference and respective acceptance criteria not limited to happy path.Assisting junior/other business analysts in functional and product knowledge and providing domain-related expertise to Delivery Teams.Uses regulatory norms and business processes as guidelines to arrive at the solution while ensuring process adherence.,
