Job Title Specialist, Market Research Analysis What Does a great Specialist, Market Research Analysis do at Fiserv Fiserv is looking for a Market Research Analysis who will be responsible for handling research assignments from Global Sales teams. You will work in a collaborative environment communicating and engaging with multiple teams on a regular basis to provide actionable insights as per their needs.What you will do:
• Provide Prospect/Client Intel, Competitors Intel, Lead Generation, Market Trends & Insights etc.
• Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations
• Storyboard the presentation to convey key messages and build a logical flow between slides
• Exhibits problem solving ability, and develops insight and recommendations based on in-depth research on the topic
• Support stakeholders by providing timely and accurate insight and any other clarification related to research output
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues
What you will need to have:
• 6-9 Years Experience in Secondary Research Domain (preferably in IT Industry)
• Strong Business Acumen, excellent problem solving, and sharp analytical skills
• Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel
• High proficiency in research databases such as Forrester, IDC, OneSource, Factiva etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What would be nice to have:
• Financial or Banking industry experience
• Experience with any data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau; SQL database knowledge
• Background in Telecom/IT consulting or management consulting
• Experience working in a global collaborative team environment
