Job Title Sr Associate, Software Development Engineering What does a great Software Development Engineer do Consults with project teams and functional units on the design of important projects or services. Helps support existing business systems applications and demonstrates proficiency and leadership within agile methodologies. Balances and prioritizes project work efficiently. Design applications, analyze, lead and coordinate business enterprise solutions. Develops high performance micro services and sets high standards of code quality.What you will do:
• Collaborate within a team environment in the development, testing, and support of software development project lifecycles.
• Develop web interfaces and underlying business logic.
• Prepare any necessary technical documentation.
What you will need to have: Total 2 to 5 years of application development experience using Asp.Net, MVC, Webservices, WCF services and C#. Hands-on experience with VS2008/2010/2012 and .Net v3.0/v3.5/v4.0/v4.5 Hands-on experience with multi-tier/layer distributed applications Hands-on experience implementing and consuming WCF and/or Web services Familiar with Session State Management, Caching, Http handlers and Modules, Page life cycle, Error handling and more Working knowledge of at least one source control system (good to have SVN, Perforce, VSS, TFS and more) Familiar with SDLC and build processes, coding standards and time/defect tracking tool Experience in SCRUM/KANBAN environment. Good understanding of SDLC process, Agile experience would be an advantage Strong in communication, teamwork, and coordination What would be great to have: -Finance or Payments domain experienceThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
