The focus of this fast-growing center spans Market Research, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Success and Enterprise Business Solutions.As a leader within Business Operations team, this role will progress the teams strategic agenda and embed Process Excellence, working with key business stakeholders to design and deliver intelligent solutions that meet the desired business outcomes in Digital First environment, developing a culture and building capability within the organization of continuous improvement and collaboration leveraging Lean/Six sigma concepts. Role will act as an evangelist of process excellence and its benefits, responsible for owning and driving end to end stakeholder engagement to generate buy in that will enable simplification and automation opportunities, whilst providing process excellence leadership to a team of specialists throughout the delivery cycle.You will have an opportunity to:

  • Works in partnership with business stakeholders providing Process Excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved customer experience, efficiency for desired outcome
  • Works closely with business to embed continuous improvement as a culture and support the delivery of outcomes in conjunction with project implementation stakeholders
  • Provides content leadership and oversight to process excellence team to alignment to the CoE governance model, ensuing opportunities are accessed, selected and prioritized based on organization strategy.
  • Process management Increase process transparency to identify process optimization opportunities with lean/Six sigma methodologies and tools
  • Leads, motivates, and develops direct reports and process champions across the organizations to maximize the engagement and continuous improvement culture.
  • Increase the effectiveness of internal processes by re-engineering processes to make simple and apply data science tools and techniques to continuously identify new avenues and deliver more on the business outcomes.
If you have:
  • Proven track record in leadership role with demonstrated experience within Business/Process excellence (e.g. Lean, Six sigma black belt, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Passion for analyzing and presenting complex business processes and data in logical and structured manner to various stakeholders.
  • A Strong awareness and experience of process optimization tools, techniques and approaches and their application.
  • Demonstrated experience leading major business process re-engineering initiatives across mid-sized organization.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in understanding the nuances within departments of sales, marketing, customer services, technology, product management, finance, planning and HR.
  • Experience of delivering in an Agile environment in global/matrix environment.
  • Excellent Global stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in deploying best practices in process and operation excellence for mid-sized organizations with good understanding of RPA and other automation tools
  • Understanding on data science tools and techniques and their applicability within organization with B2B focus.
  • Experience in leading a process excellence function with a team of passionate individuals to deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in SaaS product (or similar) organization with global footprint to deliver customer centric experiences and simplify processes within an organization.
  • 12 years of experience.
  • CA/Bachelor s Degree or equivalent, MBA and /or consulting experience highly desirable
