Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.Job Responsibilities & CompetenciesPurpose of the role is maintenance, further development and improvement of Annual Planning tool to support all Markets, BG s & Enterprise during the yearly activity which will reduce the effort, complexity, time spent on the activities being handled in the Markets, BG s & Enterprise.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for understanding business requirements and interpret them for tool development
  • Tool Development and enhancement for Markets / BG s / Enterprise
  • Liaison with multiple interfaces to fulfill their requirements i.e. Finance/ SSO/ BG s
  • Periodic maintenance of the tool
  • User & access management
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing
  • End user training & documentation
  • Data import from others source
  • Data export to consuming systems i.e. CRM
  • Data governance process
  • Reporting requirements of Markets, BG s, Enterprise & Corporate planning team
  • Support query resolution management from end users
  • Resolve issues in existing tools, technical as well as functional.
  • Understand and document user requirements and provide the best possible way to implement the same using the existing resources.
  • The role will not require travel, but the candidate would be required to work flexible hours due to the global operation of the CO/ BG/ enterprise team.
==========================================================Required competencies and experience
  • Required IT skills
  1. Must have good knowledge and experience of Excel macros (VBA).
  2. Work on MS SQL server (T-SQL, PL-SQL).
  3. Hands on experience of different Office 365 tools (Power platform, MS Forms, MS Teams etc.).
  4. Working knowledge of Power BI
  5. Good to have experience of Share Point (CSOM or SSOM)
  • Basic project management skills
  • Basic understanding of financial data
