Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database/applications company.Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Argus Safety application. Having three or more Implementation projects experience in Argus Safety 8.0 and above is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle SOA/B2B. Having three or more Implementation projects experience in Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle SOA/B2B 11g and above is preferred
• Understanding of Argus Enterprise components like Argus Mart, Analytics and other integration (SSO, Axway, Oracle B2B)
• Administration, Maintenance and support of Argus Safety and Oracle Fusion Middleware instances on qualification and production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve the issues during outages in the application environment
• Hands-on experience in all Operating systems Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
• Proficiency in related to SQL, Oracle Database
• Automation scripting knowledge (Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting etc.) is preferred
• Possess good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Should have worked on any ticketing tools (Remedy, CX)
• ITIL Certification is preferred
• Ability to work 24*7 (Including Night Shift) to meet the Business Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Total 6+ years of experience in IT Operations & Application Support
• Passion for solving complex problems actively that delights the customers
• Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS, any specific application level language working knowledge is always helpful
• Candidate must have solid understanding of Oracle Database, SQL technology
• Knowledge in Axway B2Bi and Oracle B2B is preferred
• Experience in at least one scripting knowledge (Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting etc.)
• Strong experience in SQL is MUST, database tuning, capacity planning based on the performance of the application is a plus
• Strong & excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to dive in and learn complex systems
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to provide technical and people leadership to the team
• Prior experience working in DevOps model
