ServiceNow Jr. Developer Experience: Overall 3+ years ServiceNow: 2+ Years Modules managed in ServiceNow: Should have fair idea about all ITSM modules with good hands on experience in atleast below 1. Incident Management2. Change Management3. Problem Management4. Request Management Additional modules (good knowledge if not working experience) 1. AMDB2. Release Management3. Survey Management4. Agile 2.05. Virtual Agent6. Artificial Intelligence7. Machine Learning8. Agent Workspace9. Walk-up experience10. Agent & NOW Mobile app customization11. Knowledge Management12. Configuration Management Key Areas: 1. Basic understanding of Integrations in ServiceNow. Should have done atlease 1 Integration (H2H or Tools Integrations e.g. ITSM tool to ITSM tool, Splunk, Netcool, SNOW CMDB, Solarwinds, Truesight etc)2. Should have worked as a team member in some of the instance upgrade activities like cloning, skip reviews etc3. Should have some experience working on Domain Separated instance4. Should have interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basis Components worked on (must have): 1. Workflows2. Basic ones like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs etc Components worked on (nice to have):1. Flow designer 2. Integration Hub3. Service Portal Minimum Certifications: 1. ServiceNow Admin2. ServiceNow Developer3. ITIL Foundation Certifications (nice to have):1.
